1. Information We Collect

2. Our Role: Referral & Payment Facilitation

Florida Cleaning Crew acts as a referral service and payment facilitator. We are not the direct employer of the individuals performing the cleaning services. When you book a service, we act as an intermediary to facilitate the contract between you and an independent cleaning contractor (“Contractor”).

3. Sharing Your Information with Contractors

To fulfill your service request, we share your name, contact information, service address, and service details with the independent Contractor assigned to your booking.

• 1099 Status: Contractors are independent business entities, not employees of Florida Cleaning Crew.
• Contractor Responsibility: While we require Contractors to maintain confidentiality, they are independent third parties responsible for their own data handling practices once the information is provided to them for the purpose of performing the service.

4. SMS/Text Messaging & TCPA Compliance

By providing your phone number, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Florida Cleaning Crew for service updates, appointment reminders, and marketing.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Florida Cleaning Crew LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at help@floridacc.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Florida Privacy Standards & FIPA

• Retargeting: You may see our ads on other platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google) based on your visit to our site.

7. Liability & Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked on our platform or the independent practices of the Contractors once the service referral is complete.
